We’re looking for a skilled Traffic Engineer to perform complex engineering tasks and provide technical guidance to other engineers on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete a wide variety of engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses.
- Utilize CAE/CAD applications for engineering tasks.
- Extract engineering information from CAD drawings.
- Prepare engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs. Â Â
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and other materials for procurement and construction.
- Interface with other engineering disciplines and departments.
- Prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
- Review supplier drawing submittals and perform technical bid analyses. Â Â
- Prepare and issue specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
- Provide technical guidance to other engineers. Â Â
- Seal and sign engineering documents as required.
- Advise senior management on engineering matters.
- Perform other engineering-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 8+ years of related work experience.
- Professional Engineer registration may be required.
- Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages. Â Â
- Versatility, enthusiasm for team-oriented environments, and exceptional communication, analytical, and management skills.
- Willingness to travel or relocate.
