We’re looking for a skilled Traffic Engineer to perform complex engineering tasks and provide technical guidance to other engineers on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a wide variety of engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses.
  • Utilize CAE/CAD applications for engineering tasks.
  • Extract engineering information from CAD drawings.
  • Prepare engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, surveys, and designs.   
  • Prepare drawings, specifications, and other materials for procurement and construction.
  • Interface with other engineering disciplines and departments.
  • Prepare detailed requisitions for equipment and materials.
  • Review supplier drawing submittals and perform technical bid analyses.   
  • Prepare and issue specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
  • Provide technical guidance to other engineers.   
  • Seal and sign engineering documents as required.
  • Advise senior management on engineering matters.
  • Perform other engineering-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 8+ years of related work experience.
  • Professional Engineer registration may be required.
  • Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages.   
  • Versatility, enthusiasm for team-oriented environments, and exceptional communication, analytical, and management skills.
  • Willingness to travel or relocate.
