We’re looking for a skilled Project Architect to produce construction document sets for a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on diverse projects (residential, commercial, adaptive reuse, etc.).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs.
- Develop detailed design information (specifications, materials, color schemes, etc.).
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions.
- Prepare fee proposals and budgets.
- Coordinate project personnel and ensure timely completion.
- Develop project layouts and integrate engineering elements.
- Prepare drawings and contract documents.
- Represent clients in obtaining bids and awarding contracts.
- Administer construction contracts and conduct site observations.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to produce construction documents sets independently.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent client communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing detailed design and construction documentation.
- Experience in various project types.
- Ability to lead projects from start to finish.
- Mentoring and management skills.
- Strong client consultation skills.
- Effective coordination of project personnel.
