We’re looking for a skilled Field Engineer to provide technical support to ensure construction projects comply with standards, codes, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform survey layout for accurate construction measurements.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Takeoffs for self-performed work.
- Research drawing interpretations and address issues.
- Verify compliance of completed work with drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of contract specifications.
- Verify survey monuments and markers.
- Coordinate with subcontractors (as needed).
- Promote a safe and injury-free work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
- Commitment to safety.
- Basic math and accounting skills.
- Teamwork and dependability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent (or related experience).
