We’re looking for a skilled Electrical Manager to oversee and manage complex supply chain projects, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and coordinate project activities.
- Select, deliver, and install electrical products.
- Manage project operations and ensure proper processes.
- Lead technical sales efforts and client presentations.
- Establish and maintain project schedules and procedures.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Make decisions related to jobsite needs (logistics, organization, layout, equipment, quality control, scheduling).
- Build relationships with owners, project teams, and vendors.
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
- Partner with preconstruction teams for logistics assessment.
- Establish and manage project schedules.
- Collaborate with safety and quality control teams.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Oversee team compliance with purchasing and risk management policies.
- Assess and manage vendor contracts.
- Coordinate vendor packages and submittals.
- Manage vendor testing, delivery, start-up, training, warranties, and documentation.
- Manage feedback to vendors and address product issues.
- Participate in discussions with business development teams.
- Foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience leading complex supply chain projects.
- Knowledge of electrical product selection, delivery, and installation.
- Strong project management skills.
