We’re looking for a skilled Field Engineer to Lead and manage the structural engineering team, overseeing the design, analysis, and implementation of structural engineering projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the structural engineering team.
  • Oversee structural design and analysis of projects.
  • Review and approve structural calculations, models, and drawings.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Assess existing structures and provide recommendations.
  • Conduct field inspections to monitor construction progress.
  • Identify structural risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Stay updated on advancements in structural engineering.
  • Manage client relationships and provide expert consultation.
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership roles.
  • Expertise in structural analysis and design of various structures.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in structural design software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
  • Experience with construction oversight and field inspections.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
